Estimated costs are for the quantities used, based on the supplied specials and conservative Sydney estimates for pantry items. The fruit and vegetable box contents vary, so substitute like-for-like produce. Check current packaging and ingredient statements before use: coconut milk, tahini, tinned chickpeas, spices, stock-free pantry products and optional toppings can have gluten cross-contact or undeclared flavourings; avoid any product containing gluten, dairy, garlic, or 'may contain' warnings that are unsuitable for the household. The deli ham, yoghurt and potato-chip specials were not used because they may conflict with the stated dairy, gluten or garlic requirements.
